We teach your model builders, admins and finance users to run and extend Pigment themselves, including Pigment AI and its agents, using the model they work in every day.
What Pigment training do you offer?
Hands-on training for finance teams who own a Pigment model: model building, admin and governance, and Pigment AI. We teach on your own model where possible, so your team learns the parts of Pigment they will actually use.
How is this different from Pigment Academy?
Pigment Academy teaches the platform. We teach your team to work on their own model: why it was built the way it was, how to change it safely, and which habits keep it fast and trustworthy. The two work well together.
What can we learn?
Sessions are built around your team’s roles:
- Model builders: dimensions, Metrics, formulas, sparsity and performance habits
- Admins: access rights, Test & Deploy, data imports and change control
- Finance users: Boards, scenarios and versions, and using the model in planning cycles
- Pigment AI: working with the Modeler Agent, Analyst Agent and Custom Agents safely
- Best practices: naming conventions, documentation and governance that keep the model maintainable
Do you train people on Pigment’s AI agents?
Yes. We show teams how to prompt the Modeler Agent with a goal, context and constraints, how to review its plan before it builds, and how to build Custom Agents with clear instructions and good knowledge sources. We also cover what agents should never be trusted to do unchecked.

Senior Pigment consultants who build and fix Pigment models for a living, not trainers reading slides.
Common questions
- Is training remote or on site?
- Usually remote, in short live sessions spread over a few weeks so people can practice in between. On-site workshops are possible.
- Can you help our team get Pigment certified?
- We can help your team prepare for Pigment’s customer certifications through Pigment Academy. Some Pigment certifications are available only to partners.
