Home Pigment post-go-live support
Pigment support after go-live.
Plans change every quarter. We keep your Pigment model changing with them: change requests, performance, data flows and admin, from senior people who build Pigment models for a living.
What is Pigment post-go-live support?
It’s senior ownership of your Pigment model after launch. We handle change requests, new planning cycles, performance tuning and admin on a monthly retainer, so the model keeps up with the business instead of falling behind it.
Why do Pigment models need support after go-live?
Because the plan changes every quarter and the model has to change with it. Pigment’s own implementation guide warns that projects often focus too narrowly on the run-up to go-live. Afterwards the implementer moves on, and a model that nobody owns slowly stops matching how the business plans.
What does a support retainer cover?
Whatever your model needs month to month, delivered by senior people:
- Change requests: new dimensions, drivers, versions, reports and planning cycles
- Performance: keeping calculations and Boards fast as data and users grow
- Data flows: watching imports and integrations from systems such as NetSuite, BigQuery and Snowflake
- Security: keeping access rights in step with your org chart
- Pigment AI: rolling out agents and keeping AI data access settings deliberate
- Documentation, so nothing lives only in one person’s head
How is this different from Pigment’s own support?
Pigment’s support helps with the platform itself. We work on your model: how it’s built, how it performs, and how it changes as your business changes. The two fit together.
Can you support a model another partner built?
Yes. We start with a short review so we understand the design, and the reasons behind it, before we change anything.
Common questions
- Is there a minimum commitment?
- Retainers are monthly and sized to your model and roadmap. We agree the scope and response times up front, after the free architecture review.
- Will you train our own admin as well?
- Yes, if you want to bring ownership in-house. We can own the model at first, train your admin alongside us, and step back to a backup role once they are ready.
